Tutorial Section - What is it!?
Here is the basic tutorial section for getting a working, legal copy of GTA IV and installing LCPDFR 1.0d/1.1 LSPDFR, RageHook, Plugins, Callouts, and additional mods, setup, and advice from my own personal experience. I'll be adding to this over time - but for now, I've got a few to get even the most NOVICE player started! Already know what you are doing? Give them a check and see - you just might learn something!
